Each candidate for employment must pass a preemployment drug screening and background check. We seek employees who are punctual, meticulous, and hardworking. Our clients have high expectations of us, and we have high expectations of our employees.

After hire, employees train extensively in our painting services, including proper surface preparation, best practices in applications, and safety issues.

Our employees are W-2 employees with applicable taxes deducted from each weekly paycheck.
